Sue Denson brought her expertise in operations management and acquisition management to 11th Hour when she joined the team in 2006. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in building a team culture by reinforcing the importance of accountability and ownership. For the Business Center solutions division, Sue coaches the center directors on how to maximize efficiencies within each of their facilities, in addition to capturing all revenue opportunities. Sue is also responsible for driving revenue and has created a strong field sales organization to bring the company’s solution offerings to the marketplace. Prior to joining 11th Hour Sue had an extensive background in retail operations at the executive level. She served as Southeastern Vice President and Vice President of Internal Operations for a major retail chain where she was responsible for the success of 240 high-volume retail stores. Sue resides in Orlando, FL and enjoys family with her husband and their two boys. She also serves as a Sunday school teacher and member of the leadership team at her church.
